Patrick McDowell's passion for real estate runs deep. Originally licensed at age 19 and celebrating twelve years in real estate in 2024, Patrick serves as the Director of Agent Growth & Coaching at Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate Kansas City Homes, home to some of the most professional and top rated agents in the market.

Pinpointing his daily focus on agent growth, Patrick oversees the ongoing skill-development training, license renewal education courses, and business coaching programs that are available to affiliated agents at no additional cost. Working alongside the powerhouse group of agent support staff within the brokerage, Patrick and the team give agents a competitive edge that helps them close more transactions and generate more revenue.

With an entire real estate career at Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate Kansas City Homes, Patrick started as an agent in 2012, later serving as Managing Broker of the BHGRE® Lee's Summit office before taking on the Director role. Many in the metro recognize him from his lighthearted, humor-infused Continuing Education courses with the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® where he is the featured instructor on the topics of Fair Housing and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics while also serving as Chair of the 2023 Professional Development Committee and a member of the Grievance Committee.
